"I had a rough time..."
I had a rough time using the site 😕 Pages didn’t load properly half the time, and trying to find what I needed felt like it took way longer than it should have.

"Really disappointed with this order"
I was disappointed with my order. I’d heard good things and was hoping it would be better, especially since someone I know had a decent experience, but it just didn’t turn out that way for me

"Too expensive, and the wait didn’t help"
I ordered a few BBQ rubs thinking they’d be something special, but i ended up feeling ripped off. The prices were already high, then shipping made it even worse. And of course I had to just sit there and be patient like that somehow makes overpaying feel better. The rubs were fine, nothing terrible, but definitely not worth what I spent. Next time I’m just buying local.

"Return was a hassle and the refund dragged on"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part and figured returning it would be simple... but it really wasn’t. The return instructions weren’t clear, so I ended up emailing back and forth just trying to get a straight answer.

The refund also took way longer than I expected, and then I still got stuck with shipping charges I didn’t see coming. the whole thing was frustrating enough that I don’t plan on ordering from BBQ Pro Shop again.

"I was disappointed with how long shipping..."
I was disappointed with how long shipping took. I placed my order thinking it would arrive within a reasonable timeframe, but it showed up much later than I expected. The tracking updates didn’t really help much either, so I was left guessing most of the time. For me, the delay was frustrating because I needed the item sooner, and the whole experience just felt more stressful than it should have been.

"No reply, no trust"
I emailed them and never heard back, which was frustrating. Maybe it’s a shortcut in my head, but if a company can’t be bothered to reply, I immediately assume the service isn’t going to be great. Not a good experience.

"My order got messed up"
I ended up getting the wrong rubs, and one of the sauces was completely missing. I emailed them about it and I’m still waiting for someone to fix the issue. it’s kind of ridiculous to have to chase them down for something that should’ve been right in the first place.

"Good product, but the delivery stress was not fun"
I ordered from bbqproshop.com and the item itself turned out fine, so no complaints there. But the packaging was rough. The box showed up crushed on one side, and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on, which was stressful to see when I brought it inside.

Nothing was completely broken, thankfully, but a few corners were banged up and it just felt like it was packed without much care. For the price, I really expected it to arrive in better shape, not have to open it while worrying the whole time that something inside was ruined.

The selection felt small to me, and I couldn’t find what I needed. Maybe I missed something, but there just didn’t seem to be many options.

"Showed in stock, then suddenly wasn’t"
I ordered a rub that the site said was in stock, then a few days later I get an email saying it’s actually backordered. Like, if it’s not available, or maybe update the inventory before people order? Just felt like a waste of time.

"Pretty disappointed with the quality"
I ordered a rub along with a few BBQ accessories, the quality wasn’t what I was expecting. One of the items had loose parts right out of the package, and the seasoning had clumped together, which was frustrating. For the price, I thought everything would feel a bit more solid and fresh. Overall, it just left me feeling disappointed and like I didn’t really get my money’s worth.
